Recently had them do the roof on my house. They didn't show up on the scheduled date. We had to phone them to find out why as they did not call us. When they did finally show up they were quick to complete the shingling. Left nails laying on the driveway. Removed a vent that was to be used for stove exhaust without asking. I appreciated the helpful assistance I received with the colour choices from James the owner. Choosing the right colour and product is half the battle and James recommended a BP SeBS Elastomeric Signature shingle with a 50 year Non Prorated warranty. I am thrilled with my new shingles which look amazing. Joe who has over 40 years experience and his crew were quick and highly efficient. I have a 2100 sq' 2 story and it was completed in 1.5 days. Looks gorgeous and there was absolutely no mess left behind. The price was more than reasonable too. I'd highly recommend Canada Roofing!

When I first spoke with James at the Home and Garden show, I was impressed. When he provided me with a quote that was lower than the others I had received, I wondered if it was too good to be true. It absolutely wasn't..
They sent one gentleman, John, to work on my roof. Despite pouring rain during the job, he completed it faster than a full crew did for my neighbor, who had her roof done recently. John is truly a one-man wrecking crew and did an outstanding job. My roof looks incredible. He documented every step with dozens of photos, showing the condition under the shingles and the extra precautions taken to protect the roof before installing the new shingles.

From the very beginning on the process, I’ve been extremely impressed with Canada Roofing and highly recommend.
I was referred by my father in law and got a quote fairly quick by James. Afterwards, Brandon came by with samples and the paper work where he provided great details and opinions on possible colours and information on the materials used. We selected the colour on a Wednesday and the materials were delivered Friday. Lastly, crew foreman Sebastien & Jean-Samuel started working on the Monday. Loved how professional they both were and kept me updated with photos and their progress as they ripped the old shingles. They discovered a few surprises where there was wood rot on a section and random hole cut in the roof that was filled previously by the home builder. They had no issues fixing all the problems and got the job done.

Canada roofing did a great job. I requested an estimate and they were ready to do the work within about a week, but accommodated our schedule by delaying until we were back from vacation. My experience with Canada Roofing & Renos was nothing less than spectacular. I had their outfit strip and reshingle my 1500 Sq' home with attached garage and my double detached garage. Anytime I had a question, my call was returned promptly. The crew that did the install were very polite and professional and cleaned up the surrounding area with great effect (including using a magnet sweep for any stray nails)!

Quick start date, efficiently done, did what was promised, great clean up, looks good, text or calls were always answered, great price point for the quality of product, overall good experience.

I would have provided an excellent review for Canada Roofing if not for two issues that arose.
First, they failed to connect with us about when work would begin and woke up my wife who was working nights at the time.
Second, some rooking nails fell into our garage and caused a flat in my wife's tire. I asked the company to pay for the tire repair and they agreed to. However they never did reimburse us for this expense despite agreeing to and us following up on the issue.

No complaints.
Deducted a star because work started on an incorrect date and not the date agreed on and the mess that was left around after was borderline irresponsible.

The reason behind the rating is that the roof was completed but the clean up was very poor. I have pictures to proof how bad the clean up was done. I am still finding nails in the yard and I am wondering if one of the dogs will get a nail in their paw. There was damage to one on the deck boxes that was purchased last summer and there is nails in the gutters. The salesman said he would come back and extend one of the gutters and I have heard nothing. More...

Canada roofing and renos did a great job on our roofing. The owner introduced us to a long life (50 years) hail resistant rubber roof at a price that was very close to the regular shingles. The work was done quickly and as for clean up we found some nails afterwards but with the amount of nails that was taken off our roof the ones we found would equal less than 1% which is very good.

We had a couple items that needed extra attention after the work was complete and the owner came back and did the work himself and stated if we notice any issues at all in regards to the gutters just text him and he will come by and try to fix the issue to hold off on us having to replace the gutter for now.

As for the owner. He is an extremely friendly man that you can have a conversation with for hours. Very knowledgeable man that will guide you through the entire process. He is very professional and always thanks you for your input.

I'll be honest during our re-roofing I was a little scared that this company was like a lot of other companies that come in do a so, so job and disappear into the night never to be seen or heard from again.
