What’s your signature dish?
Lasagna is definitely my signature dish. I love getting creative with it—seafood, veggie, jerk chicken, even breakfast-style layers. Each version is packed with flavor and made from scratch. You’ve never had lasagna like this before.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I start by listening. I want to understand your vision, your vibe, and any dietary needs. From there, I build a custom menu that brings flavor, balance, and a little surprise. My goal is always to exceed expectations—and make sure every bite feels intentional.
What do you love most about your job?
The moment someone takes that first bite and their face lights up—that’s it for me. I love using food to bring people joy, connect over stories, and create lasting memories. Cooking is my passion and my peace.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I grew up surrounded by people who showed love through food. Starting Passion Plates was my way of turning that love into something bigger. I wanted to build a space where creativity meets care—and people walk away full in every way.
