What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Without a doubt, consistently showing up and doing the best you can over the long run. The body of your dreams doesn't happen in one day, one week, or even one month, so we focus on creating sustainable habits that will last you a lifetime. And the key to sustainability is finding ways to enjoy the process, because when you enjoy what you are doing, you are more likely to stick with it.

What do you love most about your job?

That it's not a job for me - it's a true passion. Connecting with my clients and building trusting relationships with them brings me so much joy. I love nothing more than hearing about the victories that come with the work they are putting in. Things like clothes fitting better, having more energy, keeping up with kids or grandkids, or everyday tasks becoming easier. When I hear how good my clients are feeling it brings the biggest smile to my face. I love helping others to change the way they feel about themselves.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I started Worth the Work Fitness because throughout my experience in the fitness industry I have been continually motivated and inspired by people who are willing to put in the work to improve their health. I've come to realize that helping people make sustainable changes to their health and wellness is my passion, but too often I've seen how schedules and commitments become roadblocks for them to actually make it to the gym. So I wanted to find a way to help more people by meeting them where they're at - which is at home.
