General fitness, post-physical therapy, athletic performance, dealing with disease/movement dysfunction, weight/fat loss, to name a few, are all areas where we have experience in providing high-level coaching and training. Most of our clients are local, but we have ample experience training virtually for clients who choose to do so due to geographic or COVID-19 related constraints.
I help my clients achieve their goals by taking into account any movement disfunctions and addressing them from the start. From there after we build that solid base, we move towards strength training while maintaining functional fitness accessory work to minimize risk of injury.
