How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I help my clients achieve their goals by taking into account any movement disfunctions and addressing them from the start. From there after we build that solid base, we move towards strength training while maintaining functional fitness accessory work to minimize risk of injury.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

There is no secret to getting the body of your dreams, all it takes in consistency. Adherence to the program and maintaining proper nutrition, which doesn't translate to don't eat what you like, will allow you to reach and maintain the kind of body you desire.

What do you love most about your job?

What I love most about my job is that I get to share the training that I love so much with people. It is very satisfying to watch a client grow and accomplish their respective goals. That, in turn, motivates me to be the best that I can be at my job

Clients should pick me because I focus on proper body function and control in order to reduce injury risk, instead of trying to hit the next biggest number as soon as possible. Every movement should be crisp, controlled, and strong; moving like a well oiled machine.

In addition to our physical location at 3315 Lee Hwy Arlington, VA 22207, we can provide personal training sessions via FaceTime or Zoom to provide the same quality service online.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

*We take appropriate measures to follow CDC guidelines in regards to COVID-19 as masks are required by everyone at all times, equipment is constantly wiped down, social distancing is enforced, and air purifiers are constantly running. We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable in our facility at all times.*
