So we had a meet today and I didn't have anyone to wrap my knees for squats. Andre (even though he had athletes competing) went out of his way to help me and wrap me up. Because if him I was able to get a new personal record on squat! I could not be more greatdul! On a different note all of his athletes consistently preform at a very high level in the gym and in competions. Andre obviously knows what he is doing and I highly recommend him as a coach.

I've been training with Natalie for over a year now and she never ceases to amaze me with all the knowledge/tools/resources she provides! I started with her in VA beach but since moving to Florida, I stayed her client as she is literally the absolute BEST! I train with her online now. I have been with other trainers before, but Natalie is the only trainer I truly believe CARES for her clients passionately ! Renall is a great trainer! He took on this 61 yr old gal who was weak and flabby and helped me get much stronger. He pushed and encouraged me to do more, but also understood when I wasn’t able to meet the goal or hang in for the duration. I also appreciated that he watched closely to make sure I was doing exercises correctly to avoid injury. After 8 months of 1-2 days per week, I joined my sister for a walk in the woods...that is, we hiked approx 225 miles along the Appalachian Trail from Harper’s Ferry WV to Glasgow VA starting July 3rd and ending on August 3rd. Without the strength training in my legs, esp., I would not have been able to do as well as I did “stair-climbing” up and over rocks to get up and down mountains while carrying a 30lb pack. I need to resume training with Renall since I am not particularly self-motivated!

(Another one of my fitness experiences fueled by my Groupon obsession) I got at 30-day trial and as much as I whined and complained about the pain I was in, I can honestly say that I enjoyed boot camp! The trainers are intense (but cute!) and will push you to every limit but won't allow you to hurt yourself. There is a good mix of cardio, weights and each workout is truly full body! Even after only a month, I could see and feel the results! There are 3 locations (Norfolk, Chesapeake and Mt. Trashmore) with varying times so please check out the site for specifics. Though I stopped my journey with Ken after only a month I would DEFINITELY recommend this program to other women looking to kick start their workouts! #NoHurtNoMiniskirt

I have since obtained my 3rd degree black belt in Kung Fu and 3rd degree black sash in Tai Chi, and became a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2015. I have a unique training history in Kung Fu and am also educated in modern exercise techniques. I will introduce you to ways of working out based in exercise science that you might not be familiar with, and have been very effecitve for me and my students across my life.
I'd be willing to provide remote services, but there is no substitute of training in person, particularly when it comes to martial arts!
We currently train everyone outside! I am also vaccinated via Pfizer for Covid-19.
