I have been training for 5 years and my training company has been in existence for 3 years. I have competed in multiple body building shows in the Mens Physique class. Where do I start.... how about six months and 50 pounds ago I joined this gym!!! I love it. Love all the amenities and I love the emerged charged staff. I went to Golds Fit with the mindset that I wasn’t gonna purchase it but the energy level and the immediate strength and energy (.... let’s not forget soreness ) I felt afterwards was so alluring so I purchased it. Reading through some of the reviews and just daily interaction with the gym I have to say Nobody nor anything is perfect! Not even life. I would have rated it a 4 Star because of the price and the extra charge of adding GoldsFit but who can put a price on natural weight loss and health ♀️. I can’t so Thank You..... and oh it’s a holiday (Labor Day) and I’ll see ya in a few hours. Gotta love the #HoursOfOperations

An engaging high-intensity interval training class - and your first class is free! Located adjacent to MoxieRide (another great boutique studio), Row OKC uses water rowers as a foundation for a killer workout. The 45 min class I took with Annie had intervals on the rower, separated by free weight exercises off of it. The studio is very clean and allows plenty of space for you to operate.Would highly encourage anybody seeking an alternate group fitness class beyond spin, yoga, barre, ect.

The first secret of our sauce is ACCOUNTABILITY. The majority of Science Fit clients have expensive workout equipment in their homes that they NEVER USE! They have no accountability at home and so their workout is always pushed to the back burner. At Science Fit, your training session(s) is/are scheduled on the same day and time each week and we expect to see you then. If you need to reschedule we can certainly make accommodations but otherwise we expect to see you for your session and that expectation builds in accountability.
The second secret is SUSTAINABILITY. The Science Fit protocol allows us to "do what you can do". Our oldest trainee is 85 years old and lives an independent, vibrate life due to the strength and vitality she's developed by training at Science Fit. The Science Fit protocol is adjusted to suit her individual needs and is easily adjusted for those of any experience level or those that might have chronic injuries or physical limitations. Performing biomechanically safe exercises further enhances safety leading to continued sustainability.
