However, the real fulfillment comes from equipping them with the knowledge and skills to maintain a healthy lifestyle long-term. Following the American College of Sports Medicine guidelines, I focus on creating sustainable habits that lead to lasting physical and mental well-being. What inspired you to start your own business?

I was motivated to start my own business because I saw a need for a higher standard of care in the fitness industry. Too often, clients are subjected to unqualified trainers and high-pressure sales tactics, leading to injuries and dissatisfaction. With my background in academic institutions and boutique fitness studios, I wanted to create a space where clients receive evidence-based, personalized training without the noise of the commercial fitness world.
