Mike has not only helped me gain muscle and lose fat, but he’s also taught me how to develop healthy eating habits that are repeatable. My biggest problem before using Mike’s plan was consistently eating healthy. I would eat a lot of crap one day, then eat a tiny bit the next day, and try to sustain that. His diet plans ensure that you are eating enough, while not over indulging. Also his workout plans are second to none! Would highly suggest anyone looking for a trainer to reach out to Mike.
