We personally specialize in weight loss and building strength, not only because all of our trainers are certified and have helped clients reach similar goals to what you may have, but we also have gone through personal weight loss and strength transformations, so we know the journey! In addition, we specialize in group classes, sport specific training, and corrective exercise. We do not do the 30 pound weight loss in 30 day type of programs, because those types of programming are very hard to sustain for a long period of time. For example, we believe in losing 30 lbs over 3-5 months utilizing a sustainable lifestyle. Once you learn healthy habits, you can keep the weight off once and for all! We do not promote one type of diet, because we realize everybody is different. Everybody likes different food, has different tastes in food, different schedules, and so on. We have experience in sport related training such as football, soccer, track, and long distance running. I like seeing the transformation of a client from when they first started with me to where they are at today. Seeing personal triumphs from clients such as losing a certain amount of pounds and/or body fat, lifting a certain amount of weight, fitting into a dream outfit, getting a PR in a race, being able to recover from a past injury quicker, etc.
First and foremost, we listen to their goals, concerns, injury history, and potential struggles in the past. We create a program tailored to them, based on tried and true exercises. We let them know nutrition is a huge factor in their success. We not only show them the way to reach their goals, but we coach, encourage, and challenge our clients.

I always was excited and wanted to start a business back when I was in college. At the time, I did not have much direction. However, when the inspiration to become a personal trainer became a reality, I wanted to make that jump. I wanted to make my own schedule and personalize the workouts how I want to. Also, for help with other services, I enjoy helping out other local businesses as well.
In addition to my five years of personal training experience, and helping clients reach weight loss and strength training goals, I have a lot of personal experience. I have lost 50 pounds and kept the weight off for over 12 years now. I also was a very skinny hardgainer at one point, and worked hard to build muscle. I have experienced low back pain, neck pain, and bad posture. I have battled against those issues and in large part due to corrective exercise, I was able to fully recover. I can relate to many people who struggle with all of the issues mentioned.
