I have been working with Brian for several months now. I am out of town a couple of weeks a month for work, so we work out twice a week when I am in town and Brian put together a travel workout for me to do in hotel gyms or even my hotel room when I am on the road. Brian's method involves wearing a heart monitor to ensure that cardio levels can be accurately measured and safely pushed several times during a strength and conditioning workout. He uses sharing technology so we can both access a workout log with my current reps and weight levels, from our phones. I am really pleased with the changes in my body and my growing stamina, strength and flexibility. Brian is flexible with appointment timing and very good about confirming/reminding an upcoming appt. He has been flexible within reason when I have had to change appts. on the day, which happened a couple of times due to sickness or business travel problems.
