Love this place! Enough equipment to keep your work out going without waiting around for someone to finish up on a machine! Great variety of classes, and the instructors, Alison Monique and Kelly, work you hard and push you out that comfort zone so you can get the most out of each work out! Also Freedom Nutrition is located conveniently within the gym making it super easy to grab a water, bang drink, supplements or a healthy smoothie or wrap before heading home!
