This rather large gym is a hidden inside an office building but it's a great spot to work out. The space is clean and large and the staff were very friendly to me. I took a mega former pilates class and was very happy i had a lot of previous experience because the instructor didn't say anything to me about the machines or ask me my experience level. If i was new I would be totally lost...Our instructor was really good and the class was tough, but i really wish it was longer than 25mins. I think most members take two or three classes in a row but having some more 45/60 minute classes would be a nice option.
