I've tried two classes here so far. The gym is very nice and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They offer a variety of workouts but their focus is kickboxing. I did the boot camp workout this morning and it was hard, it was a full body and cardio work out that lasted 45 minutes. One downside is the there are not that many classtimes for those that work normal business hours.
