What do you love most about your job?

I get to meet and interact with different people. It is uplifting being apart of someone’s journey to a healthier lifestyle. Being able to work the hours that I want while helping as many people as I can in a day . Developing strong relationships with my clients while some have established into long term friendships is some of the perks that comes with my job. Even though I have incredible clients, my co- workers are so fun to be around. This job is a positive environment to be around, so everything from clients, workouts, co-workers and clients reaching their goals is a big positive.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Fitness has been apart of my life since I was a kid. I’ve always enjoyed workout with weights, running and the different challenges that coaches gave me.. After college I played sports for a little while longer but during this time suffered an injury. My desire was still in me to play but wanting to spire others was and still is my passion. Becoming a fitness trainer was a must for me after I decided to leave the game. After two years with Bally Total Fitness and learning the system to be a successful trainer, it was time for me to start my own business. I’ll never reget the decision and I am very happy with the growth of my business .

Why should you choose me? I have a lot of experience and I’ve dealt with many types of people. Being a trainer isn’t about lifting weights and spending 30 or 50 minutes with someone. It is about improvement every single session. Having communication in and out of the gym and keep my clients motivated with fresh workouts so they don’t get bored. Picking me to be your personal trainer also has benefits if you have an injury. A trainer should know how to strength areas to improve weak or injuried knees, back or shoulders.

I am experience with calisthenics, fat burning circuit training, injury prevention and very big on proper forum while lifting. Last and most important “FLEXIBILITY”. Can’t stress how much flexibility plays a part in a persons training. A lot of people leave this out of their goal list and this should be number 2 on everyone’s list.
