They instantly protest and say they can't do it. After a little goading, they give it a try. The look of excitement and pride on their face when they are able to do it is what I love most. It gives them confidence in themselves and in their abilities. This is something they will take with them into their lives beyond training. When you believe in yourself you can do almost anything. I want to give everyone I met that confidence and belief in themselves that will make them unstoppable.
