Hi there my name is Blake, a formerly Master Trainer at 24 hour fitness San Ramon since 2007 but I decided to pursue my passion to train clients at a private gym. I believe in quality sessions and services so being at a private gym you will get more interaction with me and Private gyms usually have fewer members than commercial gym so we get a ton of space. Needless to say, Less people means less waiting and less people means that you could also get to know some of the members more easily.

This is the yoga community I have been waiting for.  The owner, Moji, has decades of personal training, including personally placing in fitness competitions, fitness coaching, and is certified in several forms of yoga. She brings a plethora of experience, and has hand-picked the best in the industry to join in her new venture  I have trained with her, have grown in my yoga practice under her, and have most recently had private sessions with her in arial yoga.  I am coming back from a knee injury, and am certain yoga will be an integral component in getting back in to shape, while avoiding injury  The yoga Barn has a healthy encouraging, and inclusive staff, who teach at all levels. I have belonged to large health clubs, I look forward to being part of a smaller and more  intimate environment

Cooper Sports Performance has it all under one roof! Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, Naturopathic Medicine, Neurological Treatment, and Performance Training (Collegiate athletics, youth and high school development, football coaching, and personal training) are all the different types of avenues that you can utilize if you are looking to better your health and longevity. I have personally been going to Cooper Sports Performance for a few months now and absolutely love the environment! It's not your typical "gym" because everyone who is training is there for many different reasons, some may be rehabilitating an injury, training for high school or college sports, or for others like myself working with my awesome personal trainer Michelle Adams on my own personal goals. It's definitely nice to be surrounded by individuals such as Chris Cooper, Michelle Adams, and Rich Cunha who have such different specialized backgrounds. All of the knowledge that Chris, Michelle, and Rich have and share with their clients is another beneficial reason why I enjoy working out at this facility. The plethora of knowledge is amazing to hear and listen to. The facility is very clean, well lit with natural light, and full of so many different types of high performance equipment and weights. My sessions never get boring because Michelle can change things up so easily given the resources available at the gym. The facility has plates for three Olympic Platforms, squat racks, a 35 yard sprint track, outdoor sled push, state of the art dumbbells, slide board, leg press machine, power runner machine, reverse hyper extension machine, battles ropes, rowing machines, TRX bands, and so much more. I thought it would be intimidating to workout here because I am not an athlete but it's actually been the opposite for me. When you leave the facility after a workout you can't help but feel empowered, because everyone who you come into contact with at Cooper Sports lives and breathes living a healthy lifestyle! Restrooms: Separate restrooms for men and women. The women's restroom has three stalls and is clean and stocked.
