I have been thinking to start working out to shape up my body but could not have chance especially due to covid. I thought It may be good idea to start with someone who can guide me for work out because it is sometimes hard to do it by your own without deep knowledge and motivation. So, I started searching trainers close to my address and I was able to find Max with really good reviews. I contacted and he replied quickly. We set up some time to discuss how he plans workout for his clients. He initially did couple sessions to understand where I am and then provided me a lot of information if I want to do work out sessions with him.
What I liked most was he knows what is doing not only for weight lifting but also nutrition and other required movements for the body. I signed up and have been enjoying my progress so far. He designed the sessions for my goal and he guides me setting up new goals once I reach them. It is only 6-7 weeks and I go to 3 times a week, but I already started feeling the change. He is challenging me every time and also motivating to keep up the hard work. He also closely watch how I perform and when he feels that I have problem with a training, he quickly finds a solution for me to fix the problem such as stretching special parts of the body and so on. He also keeps good conversation during the training and you would not feel bored at all.
We not only work for muscle weight also work for balance, strength, movement, endurance and so on.

I choose Darryl as my CFI and used him through my Private Pilot License (PPL). Darryl is a career flight instructor and knows his stuff inside and out. It took me about 6 months to get my license and I would fly with Darryl an average of twice a week. I am not a particularly good student and am a difficult "customer" - Darryl was patient with me and very encouraging. I coach wrestling and I see that Darryl has the qualities of a great coach - he will honey drip you when you do well - and immediately point out where you messed up. In fact, he builds to his curriculum mini-tests that you are almost guaranteed to mess up, as instructional opportunities. What I found particular about Darryl is his expert risk assessment ability. While training Darryl clearly knows where his students are and lets his students go right up to the "line" when practicing their skills. I found the ability for me to use my judgement in taking calculated risks around weather, airports, and routes was essential in my ability to operate under my own license. I found that while Darryl is perhaps one of the most expensive flight instructor in the area, I feel that it was worth it. He is dedicated to his student's success, is very organized, and flexible. I felt pushed the right amount and was never uncomfortable. I learned quickly with Darryl and felt I was well prepared for my PPL checkride.
I do my best to get to know each individual and their specific needs and goals. I find out what the client enjoys and try to incorporate that into their workout. I customize the sessions to the individual. I do my best to make it a fun and productive session for everyone. I will challenge clients to push their physical boundaries, but making sure they always feel comfortable and safe too. I like to mix it up so the clients don't get bored and so their results don't plateau.
I believe that consistancy and nutrition play huge roles in getting and maintaining the body of your dreams. I believe in healthy eating and not crash dieting. Strength training and flexibility are also key components to achieving body goals. Cardio is great too but cardio alone will burn calories but won't necessarily sculpt your dream body. Balance of these is key.
I love seeing how happy clients are when they reach their goals. I see how good they feel about themselves and that makes me feel so happy and fulfilled. Seeing my clients going from hating exercise, to having fun and appreciating it is something I love too. I love to empower people to know that they can do and be anything they put their mind to.

I have all of my vaccinations, and I always offer to wear a mask when going in a clients home. I wash my hands even more than before and bring my own mat. They usually use their own equipment so I don't need to worry about that. All my in person clients are also vaccinated.
