I've just started with Justin recently at Ultimate Condition Fitness and I couldn't be happier with my choice! Our first boot camp workout was for an hour but after it was over it felt like 3 hours. It was great, intense, and at a great pace for all of us. There were people of all ages and sized but he was able to tailor it to each of our needs with the individual weights etc and keep us all at the same pace. I'm a huge fan of the 1 hour work out because he maximizes your workout in a timely manor. I've got 3 kids and a full time career so I don't have the luxury of hanging out around a gym for more than 2 hours. Not to mention I worked out harder and burned more calories in that 1 hour workout than I ever did just doing weights for several hours. After the workout he gave me a great diet routine and crucial pointers that really help me. Did a weigh in for me and has started me with tough but very realistic goals. Long story short, I couldn't be happier and I'm already looking forward to the next workout!

I met John Rodriguez in May 2017 when I was searching for my next personal trainer. I started personal training when I was living in NYC in 2007 and ever since then I've been committed to one on one training as its been the best way for me to see real results and a noticeable change in my body. When I left my last gym in April of last year, I searched high and low for my next trainer. I've worked out with some fantastic trainers so I will admit I am very picky. After speaking to John about his health and fitness philosophy, I knew I had met my next trainer. John has a great ability to know how hard he can push you. Actually there is no secret. It’s basically understanding your body and engaging proper exercises on how to implimiment them safely. You always make sure that the exercises are achievable, realistic and obtainable. Beginners will need to scale the movements first in order to allow to build around the neuromuscular adaptation before building up strength, flexibilty and cardiovascular. Many people commonly get injured quickly during an exercise because they miss the importance of scaling a workout, and the lack of understanding and educating on how to create an effective workout routine . I’m a soul believer that if you are going to train hard, just train the right way. If you train smart, you will have no problems reaching your fitness goals. Finally, always be consistent with your workout plan, allow yourself to step out a “little” outside of your comfort zone, and you must “love” fitness. Fitness is a lifestyle. The body of your dream is no question but becoming a reality and a fact .
