Unlike the other reviewer's, I don't always enjoy working out but I had to for health reasons. Richard was highly recommended to me six years ago and from the start I told him I needed a lot of encouragement. Richard is educated and very knowledgeable about the human anatomy. He is great at listening to my concerns and developed a customized program exclusively for me which addressed my health issues yet kept each workout interesting and motivating. I felt strong and sexier after each session. Richard would modified each workout slightly and I started utilizing muscles that I didn't even know I had. It has been a fun journey with Richard!

I'm STILL friends with the mom's I met in this group. There's something magical about being around others who share common (and sometimes uncommon) hurdles and joys. We laughed, cried and LEARNED SO MUCH. The women who run the center are empathetic, supportive, and full of knowledge. I recommend this to any and every mom. Weather is your first or your last baby, the camaraderie built here is priceless.

We love nutrition fix! I've been doing their protein shakes and have already lost weight and they taste so good and are filling. But what makes this place really special are the people who run it, they are so friendly and the energy is so great. I love to start my day there, it sets the tone for the rest of my day.
I feel as though a healthy diet is fairly important to someone's health and wellbeing. Of course a healthy diet can't cure depression or anxiety, though it can help you live a longer and higher quality life, and it can make you feel good about your day to day choices.
I love that I get to help people achieve their goals. I''m by no means try to take credit for any client's success, rather I'm more like a tool to aid in a client's success. I provide the knowledge and resources necessary for a client to succeed. Though it's up to my clients to use that knowledge, and put in the effort to make that success a reality.
I wouldn't say I've started a business, rather that I'm self-employed, and personally it was through my own weight loss. Currently I'm down 75lbs, and got a little more to loose. Though, I just found everything I learned to be so interesting, and that there was so much misinformation about Nutrition being spread that I just had to make it into a career to help people who were where I was, wanting to make a change, but not knowing how to do that.
I am an NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, who focuses on a client centered approach, meaning that any program use is specified to meet my client's needs. I'm currently studying to be a Certified Personal Trainer, and I plan on becoming a weight loss specialist in the future. Plus I've used all of the knowledge gained to drop 75lbs so far, so hey it works! Though if someone would rather not hire me, that's fine, just as long as they get the information that they need.
Currently my services are almost exclusively online or remote, mostly through calling and Video calling like Google Hangouts or Zoom, whatever my client is most comfortable with, and they're free to send me emails about certain questions they have about nutrition, as long as it's within my realm of expertise.
I haven't had to make many considering I work almost exclusively online. The most I can say is accommodation for different video calling services.
