Kevin and his assistant Will did such a amazing job at our wedding reception. From the music, to the dancing, to the photography, all was done in a professional manner. All my family and friends complimented the music that was played. His timing with the music was also very good, from the main entrance to the announcements. The party was pretty much made through the music. My son danced so hard he walked out barefoot at the end of the night. The value was worth far beyond the price paid. We worked with Randoz Event DJ for our nuptials in mid-September held in New Paltz, NY. DJ Randy was fantastic in all respects and we recommend him unconditionally!
We talked well in advance of our wedding to go over the run-of-show especially since our event was outside. After our overview conversation, he took it upon himself to visit the venue in-person to look things over.
Subsequently, he asked us to submit our playlists (using Spotify to make sure the right ("clean") version was selected), encouraged us to get playlists submitted by friends and guests, and --- most importantly --- did a great job on event day of arriving early, setting up his equipment, and hyping the crowd and getting everyone engaged, up-out-of-their-seats, and dancing! He also played the wedding processional music for us as well.

EP Event Group -Amazing Wedding Experience
We are so glad we chose EP Event Group. As you may know planning is stressful. From the start Nick & his team were incredible! All the others were concerned about payment deposit , not Nick, his policy was pay what you can when you can - we opted for his Photo Video Package (which was the best we found out there) He allowed us to pay payments up to 6 months after our wedding as we just could not afford all at once- Both professionals Noah & Henri had completed our photos & video which was incredible and sent to us 2-3 months after our wedding. We did not even finish paying for it ! The wedding was flawless, We wanted Nick to perform for our grandparents as they are in their 70's. He did and even put their names in the song. The joy and smiles he brought to their faces was priceless. His DJ & MC Team led by Jerry & David quite honestly was so wonderful and accommodating . All our requests were played our introductions were done perfectly. Our wedding also involved 7 children 3 with special needs, They were all requesting songs and they did their best to keep them pleased - Cotton eyed Joe was on our do not playlist, but requested by one of the children. Jerry actually asked our permission to play which of course was fine with us- It was to say the least a hit for the kids & adults on the Dance floor! We cannot say enough about the level of service -communication, flexibility with pricing and payments, just a great celebration all around. Our guests were blown away by the level of entertainment Nick & his team brought to our wedding. We would recommend this company to everyone!!!! - 10 stars !!!!!

Knowing what type of music the guests are expecting and throw in a less known song that fits the mood to keep their attention it often but audience engagement can be a good way to but depending on the crowd it might be best to keep to self and just play music. I like a mix of Tech house, some Indie pop rock social media, viral samples for relating to younger crowds and utilizing samples from pop culture movies TV shows to build a connection with the participants. I was also the youngest of three and raised by my grandparents, so my music tastes span multiple generations.
I grew up playing music, so one of my favorite parts is being able to do something I love and seeing people dancing and enjoying my music is like a drug to me. I love bringing joy to people, especially these days when it can be very few and far between.

I like getting to know the clients if time allows so I can be properly prepared to bring the best party. I can which includes all of my services, such as projection mapping custom lighting custom visuals again time allows I can create custom logos, custom scrolling, banners of sayings, or anything that the client might want, my goal is to make the participants have the best experience they can
I can provide my services remotely. My only issue with that is if I’m including my visuals and stuff like that I worry about the venues Connexion, so the videos are in sync with the music. It also makes it a little harder to read the room and get a good feel of when things change and how I might need to mix it up but I am not, too bad at doing that as long as the connections are good and I can see a video feed of the event while I’m working
I make sure to stay up on my vaccinations. I have no problems wearing a face mask or I sometimes have fun costume type things that also work as facemasks without looking like a person trying to avoid any One which can come off as a standoffish person
