What do you love most about your job?
Helping people see the growth and potential they have in life. Working with individuals who finally have the hope to make the necessary changes for a better mental, emotional, spiritual, relational and physical life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started Bridges of Hope Counseling to help those with mental health issues, specifically internet/sex addiction, because this is an underserved population within the mental health world. I have been encouraged by many in this role because I can be flexible with my hours, provide services when individuals need them.

I am flexible and offer a variety of hours and services which can be tailored to meet your needs. I also provide telemental health services making it easier than ever before to get the help you need.
Telemental Health/Counseling
We provide counseling via telemental/videoconferencing methods.
Mental Health Counseling
Providing counseling for all mental health counseling needs including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, couples, teens/adolescents, addiction, grief & mourning, and many more.
Life Coach
I provide coaching services to those who want to be intentional about creating the future you want.
