What a fantastic place for Afternoon Tea, the staff were so professional and extremely helpful. I brought my 2 clients who have disabilities here today and the staff treated them with such respect and went out thier way to make thier experience perfect. I would highly recommend visiting this hotel.

Nice, clean place, away from the hustle of the city. A few decent pubs nearby, and an old toffee factory practically next door. Great smells when you walk down the lane. Staff is helpful and really made me feel at home. Top rating!

We have just had a wonderful few days here, we had a small Wedding Vow Renewal ceremony in one of the meeting rooms and the event management ladies were so lovely and helpful. The staff within the hotel were always friendly and welcoming. Breakfasts were delicious and the afternoon tea we had after our ceremony was gorgeous, made even more enjoyable with a bottle of bubbly thrown in and confetti on our table :) Enjoyed every minute so thank you.

Best wedding venue of the year? Well and truly earned!! Had our wedding reception here last night (20.07.18) and from start to finish, the night was absolutely perfect. Emma Crawford is an absolute diamond and she went above and beyond in helping us plan and prepare, right up until the day itself. Megan, Kev and the team are fab, they did everything they could to make sure the night ran perfectly (even though we made you run behind schedule there was no problem Megan and the team couldn’t fix!) The food was beautiful, every single one of our guests passed compliments on both the 3 course meal we had and the evening buffet. I cannot find fault with anything from last night, the hotel should take pride in all of their staff because they’re all brilliant. The only thing I’m sad about is that it all had to end! Thank you so much Richmond Hotel for an amazing wedding day, we will forever be grateful � and we will be returning to stay for every anniversary!! �
