The whole experience was amazing we had a really good chat which is lovely as I’d never met Hannah before! Hannah switched around appointments to fit me in as I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! Beautepharm is one of the best salons in Derby. After visiting many beauticians I can say for sure that Puja made me feel completely relaxed at her salon and offered the best service. Such a lovely lady and understands the beauty treatments offered really well. I now plan my trip to Derby from London in accordance with Puja's availability. Well what a fantastic experience I had today with Laura. I tried to originally book in with Laura for my makeup to be done as I’m being a bridesmaid but unfortunately Laura was totally booked up for the day I wanted , but not to disappoint me and to help me out as much as Laura could she invited me into her salon and Offered to give me a makeup lesson . Laura 1st shown me the importance of prepping my skin before applying my makeup step by step and then shown me again step by step on applying the makeup. I have learned so much and was so shocked in what I didn’t know from start to finish. Laura never once tried to hard sell but shown me how to even save me money on so many products that I’ve always spent a fortune on. Laura you are a very talented lady with a big heart that wants to please her clients. You can tell it’s not just your job and your salon but a passion that’s from your heart. I can definitely,definitely recommend anyone whether it’s beauty or hair as they are all so lovely and welcoming and make you feel at home straight away. Had Keiri cutting my hair today, and I couldn’t be happier! Had a horrible experience in the past with hairdressers that had left me in tears, but this guys know exactly what they are doing and you can be sure you are in good hands the whole way through, I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who’s looking to get their hair done. Keiri you’re an absolute star and you’ve made me leave there today feeling like a completely different person in the best way possible!

So friendly and I was so lucky to walk in and get squeezed in that day. Hair cut exactly as I wanted - which is unusual. I often have to grow into liking a hair cut. The picture of the shop with blue is of the butcher not the smart newly refurbished hair dresser which is the cream painted shop! Lol
