Jenni Wren Floristry Arts and Crafts

Hi my name's is Jenni and I am a floral designer specialising in wedding and event floristry. I have a studio in Didcot and another in Faringdon, Oxfordshire. I have worked in the floristry industry for many years and previously had retail shops in Chelsea on the king's Road with many celebrity clients as well as the beautiful Wimbledon. I now own my own Woodland where I forage and source my foliage and also have a growing garden where I grow fresh flowers for my weddings as well as preserving and drying flowers, again for weddings and craft work. I am passionate about all things floral and my style is very creative and natural. I am in inspired by nature and love to work with all mediums, fresh to faux, dried to paper so am very flexible and can work with each bride to create something very unique for their special day. Whether is a formal hotel wedding, a barn or even a church hall, l would love to chat to you and see if we can bring your ideas and your vision for your wedding into reality.

What do you love most about your job?

I love working together with each bride to bring about their vision for the day. It is collaborative effort, and one that is extremely rewarding and satisfying to see the end result. First and foremost I like to get a feel of the colour scheme and perhaps hints of what they do like, which is almost as important as what they don't.

There are so many mediums to work with at present in terms of fresh, faux and dried and also a mixture so whatever the brides style or the venue, there is something creative that can be put together that makes them stand out from the crowd, but more importantly reflects their personalities.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have had my own business in floristry from the age of 19 through to present and seen the styles evolve over the years. I have travelled extensively and lived in South Africa, Spain and the UK where I practiced floristry and bring that influence and extensive experience in the industry to my work. My style follows eco friendly principles and I love the more natural look however I am flexible in working with the bride to bring her vision to fruition.

Why should our clients choose you?

Thankfully many brides have in the past chosen me to make their flower for their special day. I fully appreciate it is one of the most important days of their lives so it is important to be trustworthy and be able to communicate and be easy to work with to bring about and deliver their desires, wants and needs for their wedding day. It is an honour to play such an integral part of their day, one I do not take light. The cards, messages and 5 star reviews that I have received over the years hopefully will give any future bride confidence that I will be the florist for them. Thank you, Jenni

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes, If the flowers are faux or dried I can post off or courier the wedding flowers to your location. I have even had brides as far away as Ireland before and the very nature of the material that they are made of ensures that they can be made and prepared in advance of the wedding date, which alleviates an already pressured day.

With the benefit of zoom/WhatsApp a video call can easily be arranged to initially discuss the brides vision and requirements and it is simple and effective to keep in touch regularly and keep everyone updated.

I also have a ready made selection so if time is of the essence, it is simple and straightforward to order online and the flowers can be sent off almost immediately.
