Both imaginative and wonderful cooks, I remember as a child watching and learning from my Father the beauty of authentic African and Caribbean fusion cooking. I love to unite people through food. When food is prepared and presented with love, it brings joy, contentment and an experience to remember and talk about.

I was born into a large family and grew up in an environment where culture played a big part of my life. With a culture where food is a way of expressing your love and affection I was able to find my passion of catering and cooking for others. As a grew older I realised that starting my own business would allow me to spread my passion of cooking for others so I knew what I had to do.
