Barry & team catered for our wedding on Saturday, and it was perfect. The food was amazing, everyone was talking about it long into the evening. Barry worked with us all through the runup to the day to get exactly what we wanted. Then on the day the whole team went the extra mile, (Barry coming out to meet guests was a particular highlight to them and drew a lot of comments!). I really can’t recommend highly enough.

We were given vouchers for a food & wine evening for christmas. Our choosen theme was mediterrean. All the wine is pre selelted to go with the different courses.On arrival canapes were served and sparking wine dished out. All canapes were divine.Next we were led into the dining room which was the old stables in this old coach house. Our starter of Bouillabaise and monkfish arrived matched wine. To go with our pork main we had a lovely red wine. Unfortunaltley due to a second cold coming on this was the last I could taste of wine. I couldn't even smell it in the first place. stupid cold!Anyways we moved on to sherry, which is appartently dry - yeap cold seems to kill ma tastes buds now. Accomplimenting a french comte and a fig chutney - both tasty.Then the dessert - Baklava and pistachio ice cream - heaven! Sweet dessrt wine but again the taste buds was gone, so it could of been water for all I'd known!! Ok I had the cold but it didn't dampen my mood. I really had a jolly good old time and meet some nce people who were sitting at the same table. Conversation was a flowing and so was the wine!I'd come back again for sure for another theme - without a cold! :D

Ginger Snap catered for our wedding in Glasgow a few weeks ago and everything was beyond amazing! We have had so many guests contact us to say how impressed they were with not just the food ( I will come on to that later ), but how lovely your team were! They all struck just the right balance of friendliness and kindness, with outmost professionalism and excellent service practice. Nothing was too much trouble and they all really seemed to be enjoying themselves which is fantastic to see. Our event manager, Mary, was amazing! She made everything seem so effortless and is so much fun to work with! In short, Ginger Snap made whole process a complete joy! Last but by no means, least the food! Three weeks on from our wedding and people are still raving about the food. It was all absolutely delicious. Non-fish lovers are now converts thanks to our delicious sea bream main and a non-chocolate lover made a point of letting us know that they polished off the uber chocolatey dessert with glee! Those with special dietaries have also individually approached us to say how fantastic their meals were. A celiac friend was particularly impressed and said this was the first event in ages where she felt like she wasn't an inconvenience and that her meal was just as special and made with just as much care as everyone else's. I have lost count of the people who have said that this was the best wedding food they have ever had as well as a number of 'best wedding ever' comments.I could go on, but in a nutshell, Mary and her team played a huge part in making our wedding the best day of our lives and we can't thank them enough for that.
