What do you love most about your job?

I believe that yoga is 99% practice and 1% theory. The yogic way of life has helped me to deal with the pressure of working and in personal life. I found a purpose and goal and like to share my knowledge and experience with my students.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I always had my own businesses. Established four businesses successfully from scratch but despite all the material successes, I felt empty. Sharing my knowledge and experience of yoga and the philosophy fills the void that I always felt.

Why should our clients choose you?

For me, what is important that your client has decided to go into Yoga. As long as one chooses a teacher who would teach not just exercises, which is a small part but the traditional yoga, philosophy and how to incorporate into our daily lives as I believe "Every moment is Yoga. How we breathe, how we eat, How we think, how we speak, How we communicate with one another, How we communicate with ourselves…. Every moment is an opportunity to live Yog."

I provide classes on one to one basis or a group of up to four in their home environment or online classes. I also offer classes at Harley Street, London in conjunction with Kamkus Wellbeing.
I do not offer a large group classes as I would like to work closely and develop a home practice and to find a correct path for everyone and how to develop off the mat yoga and mindfulness.
