Home Shape Ltd completed quite complex extension on our kitchen last year, which they turned around in record time. Excellent and straightforward service from initial consultation through to completion of build. We asked three companies to quote for our project, we chose companies that were working locally and looked suitable for our project. We were sent a very detailed quote with prices and pictures for all options and a plan of what would happen each week and a schedule of when payments would be due. Home Shape quote was in the middle, but it was the most detailed and we felt they would provide the best service. All the tradesmen on the site were skilled at their respective jobs and well-mannered. They worked solidly, kept the site clean and were sensitive to our neighbours and surroundings. We had some issues along the way, but it was mainly due to other independent suppliers and their timing. We are very happy with the completion and I would definitely use them again.

We have been working with Resi since August on a side return extension/remodel. Having done previous building work and approached other architects for this project I can safely say the experience has been very positive. They are very cost effective, the design advice and delivery of project vision have been great. The best bits have been the online dashboard helping keep all the info in one place and keeping everything on track while demystifying what is a complex process (so much better than previous experiences) and the links to contractors have been generally good - our builders particularly are wonderful and very professional. Any issues - it was easy to talk to the company and get help with revisions/adjustments. Communication was always pleasant and helpful. Can’t recommend 2SS highly enough. They finished our large ICF extension project on time and on budget. Other builders told us it would take over a year but Svajunas and his team completed the work in 7 months. They have a huge team of people and arrived everyday around 7am! They often worked well into the evening sometimes leaving after 6pm. They are an absolute hidden gem of a building company-Svajunas and his wife Svajuna were project managers and gave us daily updates. They were honest and transparent with their pricing. They are a company that understand the building trade intimately, quoting a price they were able to stand behind and were very clear on the validity of that price. They are clearly very experienced builders. Our building project was a complex undertaking with some intricate carpentry due it being a very old building. 2SS has the full suite of skills to complete every aspect of the build. They never subcontracted so we only had to deal with Svajunas which made the project run extremely smoothly. We are so happy to have found this company.
