I’ve been to a couple of classes and they certainly get your heart pumping! The classes are challenging but the atmosphere is great. Glenn is very welcoming and gives encouragement which really does help. I am continuing with the classes because I do find them enjoyable. If you’re looking for something that works the whole body and the classes are filled with others looking to improve themselves, this is the class for you!

She's really good she works you hard and gives you different opinions to the moves if u are struggling so you can still get a good workout. She also comes around to make sure your doing it right and helping you. I would recommend it.
