On the lead up to the party, Farrah liased with the venue, happily providing all paperwork & information necessary.
On the night she was an absolute star & so many guests commented about how approachable & friendly she was. She arrived in plenty of time, set up all the equipment without fuss & was raring to go when the party started! We ordered the photo album at a small extra cost & Farrah made sure that everyone at the party was included by approaching them & coaxing them towards the magic mirror for a photo! The mirror itself was so much better than the traditional photo booths that are offered by some other companies.

Jon and Natasha went more than the extra mile to ensure we were completely happy with the arrangements before the day e.g. the design of our photo frame for the guests which was tailored to our specific wants and needs. They were very easy to communicate with via email and quick to respond to any queries. On the day itself they set up really quickly, liaising with the venue staff to minimise our stress on the day. They approached all the guests inviting them to use the magic mirror and ensuring they all knew they were there. Plus you are able to book green screen so that your party can be themed and the photo prints will be too. The normal hire time is 2-3 hours but we need 1 hour either side to erect and dismantle. Great fun for all ages. Each party all guests receive their prints immediately and the host receives copies of all or a USB with all the posers of the event.
