After a number of injuries I decided to look for a PT, straight away Tom put me at ease. Talking about my injury it was clear he was knowledgable about how to plan sessions to protect these injuries and build up the muscles around it. It’s not just a set programme for every client as all our needs are different and Tom recognises that. Now been going twice a week for 18 months would’ve been longer had covid not struck but the sessions have great structure and the improvements in my body and fitness have been great.
