I have been a PT for over 25years and I also have a black belt in in karate and have studied 4 different martial arts. I am also a kettle bell..spinning..aerobics and rehabilitation instructor. I was a PT instructor in the South African army and I also run in the London marathon every year for the past 12 years. I also do a different world marathon as well as London. If you were interested in a program to tone muscle burn fat and keep fit then I would give you a 7 day program that you follow for 8 weeks. I would also show you a at home workout and if you are also at a gym I would give you a gym workout. Then every 8 weeks I would check your progress which involves body fat % circumference reading Blood Pressure Flexibility and NUTRITION..with regards to cost it's only £35 session. If you wanted to purchase a block booking then it would be cheaper per session. Every 8 weeks I would then do your body stats agin and give you a new program to follow so then you would not get bored. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Well here is the thing ..YOU have got to WANT and have the DESIRE to achieve your goal. I will motivate you but I can’t make you do it.The best way to motivate you is to listen to your needs and I then will encourage you every time we train and educate you in what I know. I will also ensure you are eating the correct amount of Protein and Carbohydrates according to your lean mass. How I do this is to do your body stats every 8 weeks. Then you will see that when your body fat % and circumference readings come down that will keep you inspired to keep going.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

There is no secret..!! You have to want it, be disciplined and work hard. As I say to all my clients your first goal is not to tone up or get fit ..your first goal is to move your body 7 days a week and guess what you will get into shape..!!

What do you love most about your job?

I love being inspired by my clients as if you think about it who is pushing me..?? So when I see the results and the new positive outlook on life I get very excited and want to help everyone.!!...I LOVE THIS GAME..!!

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have been self employed for over 25 years and I just get a buzz every time I go to work as it’s not work it’s fun..I set very high goals for myself as I live life to the full every day and I have no regrets..!!
