Ben is amazing! For someone who has always struggled with exercise and felt self conscious when working out, Ben has been perfect. He has pushed me and made me so much stronger, but at the same time made me feel comfortable and made it enjoyable. Matthew is a great coach and really helped me to achieve my own goals of losing body fat and getting stronger. Matthew trained me for 6 weeks after I had lost my way with exercise for a couple of years after my first child was born.
Over the course of 6 weeks, my body fat dropped, and my strength numbers went through the roof! I put on 30kg onto my back squat, 20kg onto my Bench press, and 40kg onto my deadlift all whilst maintaining my body weight yet changing my body composition.

I recently attended One Wellness, Harrogate for a one to one with Simon, their personal trainer. Being a keen cyclist, both on and off road and now developing my running, I wanted some advice on my running technique in order to achieve optimum performance through developing my posture, gait and running efficiency.
After an initial chat with Simon, it was onto the treadmill for a practical assessment followed by some advice on developing my core strength and warm up & warm down exercises, which will greatly enhance my performance.
One Wellness is an excellent facility, clean, fresh and very welcoming. The staff are not only extremely well qualified and professional but also very friendly, welcoming and personable.
