Joined a couple of weeks ago after reading all the positive reviews and seeing the amount of different classes they provide . I've tried most the classes and have really enjoyed all off them , Lea and all the members I have met are so nice friendly and encouraging you are made feel very welcome .
The family fit is brill for the kids lea makes it great fun ,my child wouldn't exercise at all ,now she looks forward to a Tuesday and Thursday evening .
Tried my first run yesterday was feeling very nervous as I really can't run was made to feel at ease straight away with the support and encouragement I actually managed it.
And am looking forward to being fit enough to try the forest out as it looks great fun .
It doesn't matter what age (I'm 50 this year ) or level of fitness ( I wouldn't be very fit ) lea really knows his stuff and even though you go at your own pace he makes sure you push yourself .

I started training with Brian in April, I have a wedding to prepare for and I was struggling at my normal gym. Brian was great at giving advice about diet and foods to eat more off, which I found extremely helpful. The strength training was great, I could see my shape changing and was definitely more confident with lifting weights. Would highly recommend Strength NI to anyone, lovely bunch of guys.

I have been going to CF Ballymena for almost a year now and I can honestly say that joining was one of the best decisions I have made. I love CF Ballymena! It has made such a difference for me. I've gone from doing no exercise at all and not giving a second thought to what I eat to exercising regularly (and enjoying it) and stopping to think about how what I eat will impact on me. The improvement in my physical and emotional well being has been immense. The reason I've stuck with it, and love it so much, is due to the warm, encouraging environment at CF Ballymena. From the coaches - all of them great! - to the friendly faces you see in any of the classes you go too. A really great place. Can't recommend highly enough. Give it a go!!
