To start with he helped me train to regain strength in my leg following a calf injury and once I was healed enough he coached me with my running. I can now run over 5k without stopping. It also means you won't be wasting time on pointless exercises, and will be doing the exercises correctly, and therefore avoiding injury. For those who do find the time or motivation to exercise, they often stick to the same old routine, which is boring, and often ineffective.
