Thanks very much for sorting my back! I've been careful with my posture at work after Grant fixed my back a few years ago but I woke with stabbing pain last week. Mark saw me promptly, diagnosed the problem, did a bit of manipulation and provided some exercises for me to do. - Cardio: indoor cycling, aerobics, circuits, plyometrics and gym machines like the cross trainer and treadmill.
