Excellent service. Started working with out the box fitness to overcome a repetitive injury in my ankle caused from a muscle imbalance and he was excellent from day 1 always justifying all his sessions with evidence making it easier to buy in to. A very polite respectful man who is definitely recommend to any body with a goal they'd like to reach.

Hi, I’m Jack! I help busy professionals lose weight, improve fitness and boost energy levels WITHOUT having to spend hours in the gym or stop drinking wine. Weight loss doesn’t have to be complicated, but it quite often can be. There is a lot of conflicting information out there and it can be difficult to know what is true and which route to take. You spend all day working your @$$ off - there quite simply isn’t time to sift through 1000’s of google results on ‘how to get in shape’ to eventually find what may be the answer (only to then realise the next result completely throws it out the window).

Initially, I only intended to do PT for three months to improve my strength and to supplement swimming and walking before a holiday - but, two years later, I am still enjoying the exercise and am definitely stronger! Jack is a great PT - no two sessions have ever been the same in all that time. They are always challenging but with Jack's friendly encouragement you feel you can push just a bit further!
Thank you Jack 😊

Dan has worked with me for just over two months doing PT sessions with me and programming for me. He's worked on my weaknesses and developed my strengths through a combination of what I like and what challenges me and I have seen massive results in a short space of time in terms of my mobility, strength, gymnastic skills and endurance. I love his approach, humour and support both physical and emotional!

The most important thing to us is our clients. This is why when you decide to train with us you will have your own private studio for the duration of your training session with one of our highly skilled coaches. For the entirety of that training session the only thing that matters is YOU. There will be no distractions and no one hogging any machines or equipment. Whether you are totally new to exercise or a seasoned trainee who has been pounding the treadmill and lifting weights for longer than you can remember, your coach will provide a training regime that will be perfect for where you are right now.

I have been a client of Steve for over ten years and he has trained me for many different expeditions, events, jobs and challenges including climbing mountains, running ultramarathons, cycling 100+ miles and passing fitness tests. He has the knowledge and skills to write tailored training programmes to meet any goal. He also has extensive nutritional knowledge and always gives evidenced based and realistic advice. Whatever your health and fitness goal, I guarantee Steve can help you reach it.

I specialise in customising programs around a client's lifestyle. The work we do in our time together is great, but the real results come from what you are doing with the other 165 plus hours a week. All this is factored in to give a truly unique experience that maximised your output without making getting results a chore. Check out my Google reviews as well as they are the most up to date.

Hello all! So a little about me is I’m a singer on cruise ships with a side business of being a PT and nutritionist. I have always had a strong love for health and fitness and strive to help everyone reach their personal goals. I had my own personal transformation losing a lot of weight and gaining muscle, and generally just becoming a healthier human. What I offer: - Personal training sessions (Online and in person)
With 10+ years in the health and fitness industry I've worked with everyone from Olympians and professional athletes to youth teams and members of the public, specialising in: - Body composition - Strength training - Injury rehab and rehab - Sport specific - Flexibility and mobility Qualifications: - Fitness instructor / personal trainer levels 2&3 - Sports Coaching Degree from the University of Winchester - RFU Level 1 Rugby Coaching - GBR Level 1 Olympic Weightlifting Coaching qualification
After initial contact with a client, first thing I do is meet with them face to face and take them through a free 30-45 minute consultation / assessment where we'll go through general health and safety questions, goal setting, assess their current fitness levels via a full body assessment, looking at flexibility, mobility, body imbalances and any current or old injuries the client might have sustained. Once these are established we can consider the clients goals and workout a road map as to how we're going to work together in achieving those goals.
Listen to your coach! And hard work and perseverance. In a modern society where everyone wants a quick fix, fitness remains steadfast as a long term, lifestyle commitment - you essentially get out what you put in!
Easy - helping clients achieve goals they previously thought were impossible. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing a client progress, not just physically, but emotionally and mentally too. People often come to me wanting to see physical health improvements, but they often get caught off guard at just how good they begin to feeling mentally too.
I think working for yourself really focuses you to apply yourself and work harder - if you don't work you don't eat, essentially. Its on you to make sure the business works but it's so rewarding when it does.
My experience. I've been on the receiving end of top flight coaching within in professional sport (rugby and yacht racing) and now I'm delivering it. Thats not to say I'm limited to coaching athletes. I've helped A LOT of women pre and post pregnancy, couples getting ready for their big wedding day, pensioners battling with Parkinson's disease and MS, as well as youth coaching - teaching youngsters how to use gym equipment safely and appropriately and everything in between.
Both. I've just finished a stint working with a CEO at their home gym so am able to travel (within reason) to private homes that boast home gym equipment or online via programming and regular phone updates/check ins.
The gym I work in is often empty as its predominantly used as a martial arts gym and I'm the only PT working there and in a building that is light and airy with plenty of space to spread out so contact between people can be controlled easily, and because its a martial arts gym hygiene is of top priority so kit is washed down regularly!
