I love this gym I have been going since may of 2013, its always spotless, the equipment is great, the staff have all been there ages which says more about the owner than any dodgy review on here ever could.
And rats Seriously what are you on? Rats don't go around people let alone in a lit room with electrical equipment on and people pounding treadmills and panting and puffing and pushing weights.

Anyway, never stuck at a gym in my life until I joined here, but this one is great and for around 20 quid a month totally accessible to all for fitness.
