My background is, I never got involved in commenting on anything via the internet. I am extremely wary on any comments about everything on the internet and I am sure that some people who will read my comments will be suspicious just as I have been. My circumstances were that I needed a driveway installation done reasonably quickly but not urgently so I decided to take the timescale of one of these contractors and get the work started when they were first available. Admittedly a risk, given my previous history with workmen.
I am an Engineer in another field and have a good background in science which I can relate to the world around me. I could hardly believe my good fortune when the owner and his men started the work. Totally co-ordinated, working independently but together as a team. This was life as it was in the past when an honest day’s work was done. I could use all sorts of positive adjectives and nouns to describe what I witnessed with this company such as politeness, care, attention to detail, effective problem solving, communications between the company and me and attention to my concerns and requests/wishes. I have nothing negative to say about this company and would gladly use them again.
