A combination of different training methods are included such as, strength development, HIIT, core stability and flexibility training. My priority is making sure you are training safely, meanwhile maximising your training potential. My mission is to increase longevity and enhance the long term devleopment of clients holistic health by providing effective training programs and nutritional advice. I aim to empower every client with the tools to lead and maintain a healthy, active lifestyle. What do you love most about your job?

The opportunity to help as many people as I can through my passion for health and fitness. I believe I can always learn from clients and the people I work with which is the beauty of being a personal trainer. One of the most gratifying experiences is seeing a clients growth and hard work in achieving their results.

What inspired you to start your own business?

My passion to help others. Recognised the opportunity to do so through my experience as a professional footballer which has taught me discipline, fostered in me passion and given me a great deal of mental strength. On my journey to greater fitness, have discovered that these qualities are all essential to maintaining a healthy lifestyle - which I aim to be at the core of every training session and empower clients to implement in their lifestyle. Started my journey to fitness at 15. Starting as someone who had no knowledge of what to do in the gym makes me able to relate to first time clients, as well as clients aspiring to train as an athlete or to become one.
