I have been training twice a week with Gordon for nearly 4 months. Having had cancer, an operation followed chemotherapy, I needed desperately to get fit. Gordon has been very encouraging and supportive. I feel stronger and fitter than I have in ages. He is great at adapting the sessions if I have an ache somewhere. I have one of his sayings in my head. “You will feel much better having done the session!” It’s true I always feel good after, even when it’s a low energy day!

I had an amazing Aroma touch therapy session with Annika. I felt relaxed, calm and tranquil. I would definitely recommend this therapy to anyone who is a little stressed or feeling out of sorts. The oils she uses are amazing and they relaxed and calmed me for the whole day.

Thanks very much for sorting my back! I've been careful with my posture at work after Grant fixed my back a few years ago but I woke with stabbing pain last week. Mark saw me promptly, diagnosed the problem, did a bit of manipulation and provided some exercises for me to do. It was a huge help to ba able to get back to work quickly, especially as I'd been in hospital for the best part of the week (it was lying down lots which caused the problem).Based on this and my previous experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

In June 2021 I was struggling to walk due to a prolapsed disc in my spine. My hospital spinal consultant offered me surgery which I was reluctant to have and was using crutches even to walk to the end of my garden. I consulted Jordan in Eastleigh who treated me and gave me exercises to do at home. I also independently undertook many gym classes including aqua aerobics and general fitness classes. Now some 6 months later I am much stronger, fitter and looking forward to an active future without spinal surgery. I will be 70 next birthday. I highly recommend Jordan who seemed instinctively to know where to massage in order to alleviate my pain and discomfort. Thanks so much to him as I now have my life back.

Went to Matt Barker's Clinic with a painful back that I hurt lifting a heavy table by myself I was in agony. I was treated by Nina who was very knowledgable and professional. She made me feel very at ease and explain what she was doing and why she was doing it. After one treatment I walked out still a bit sore which is how she explained I would feel but pain-free. She was amazing. I would highly recommend Nina and will go back to have my knotted muscles eased. Brilliant! Thank you Nina
