Brilliant, professional academy, very worthy of it's Centre of Excellence status! Master Williams is a superb teacher, he's incredibly knowledgeable and his classes are always fun and engaging. Students are really well looked after here.
I love the respect, the traditional, smart uniforms and the etiquette here whilst remaining great fun! Everyone's so nice, including the instructors, and I've made loads of friends. I'm fitter now than I've ever been and it hasn't seemed like hard work because I've enjoyed it so much.
Can't recommend this place enough!

A really decent gym with great coaches and an excellent atmosphere that caters for all levels of boxing. The sport is taken seriously here and I was made to feel part of the team from day one. All of the lads help you to progress and get better in every session.
Unfortunately I had to move a long way from Bicester last year due to work commitments and was absolutely gutted to no longer be able to attend this club which I miss very much and would highly recommend to anyone.

Perfect place for a young boy like my son - we both loved it from the very first lesson! His patience, respect and attitude towards hard work improved immensely thanks to Aikido trainings and mentoring of his teachers. More importantly he learned to manage complex social interactions with his peers in a very adult, peaceful manner. When asked what he thinks of Aikido lessons at this centre he said: "They make me happy" and I guess they do - he would come home and sing and giggle all evening. I am really happy that it made him happy!

I initially just joined 10th planet Banbury for some private lessons, but now end up making a 3 hour round trip each week because it's so good. Firstly, it's got proper wrestling, striking and BJJ coaching which is amazing. Secondly, Gavin actually has a passion for teaching people of all levels and doesn't seem to mind my annoying questions. Finally, the mat is full of a great mix of casual beginners to competitive fighters, so it welcomes everyone.
