My method is often based on Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy techniques, looking at the close relationship between how we think, feel and act. The underlying theory is: our thoughts often determine our emotions and behaviour. I work with clients to help them change their thought patterns, enabling changes in their emotions and behaviours. I combine this with my training in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) – a really positive approach to looking at life, issues and possibilities. Sessions are tailored to your specific needs and what you wish to achieve, I very much respond to your individual situation. I have a special interest in therapy for IBS, insomnia, anxiety and habit reversal, but happily offer therapy for many other issues and conditions. I’m very motivated by helping people free themselves from difficulties that have been holding them back.
