Since the first initial phone call Nicola was very reassuring and helpful, between Nicola and Kerry they managed to take the weight off my shoulders at such a hard time.

I don’t know how to thank Cherish Funeral Directors. Tim, Sue, Arthur and Melvin were fantastic, compassionate and moved heaven and earth to give us the best day possible for my dad. It’s a scary time organising a funeral for the first time and losing a dad. But Tim, Sue and the team were outstanding. They made the impossible possible and we couldn’t thank them enough. The horse and carriage was beautiful, the dove release ended the day in such a calm and relaxed manner then we’ll be forever greatful. Sue looked after us through the chapel visit, Melvin lead the service and Arthur took charge on the day to make it memorable. Tim we personally thank you for all that you did and we highly recommend Cherish Funeral Directors.

I couldn’t recommend Walsh Funeral directors any more they have gone above and beyond the care. Marie who looked after me and the support she gave throughout organising mums funeral answering questions and then to the day of the funeral and the care she and all the team gave was above and beyond of what I could ever imagine. Thank you for looking after my mum (Karen) and thank you for making her send off truly the best.

I never had to arrange a funeral before. I went to 3 funeral places I did not like the look of the people I was talking too. Nor the rooms they had used. They were creepy. I was on the Chester road going to Tesco. I look out the window there was Lilies. I ask my sister could we stop and I look at this one. Calum opened the door. He did not look creepy. The room he took me in was so serene and peaceful. I listen to most of the things he was talking about. But all I could think about was these are the people whom I would trust with my husband. If I have to give my husband back to God then these are the people to help me. And I was right. From the time I last saw my husband until the funeral day. He was safe in there hands. There was a lot of them involved but unfortunately I could only recall one name. But they all did a nice job. And the celebrate they got me to Alex Reed made it more special too. I definitely what these people to do me when it my turn. Thank you from the bottom of heart for all that you did for me and my husband. I think between the lot of us my husband had a good send off. It was heavenly.

I honestly would recommend Daniel Ross Funerals to everyone. From day 1 when visited Daniel to discuss moms funeral arrangements we were given nothing but care, compassion, & support. Daniel & Sarah are absolutely amazing. Sarah made mom up to look so natural & so beautiful just like she was & even down to our request for Green hair. When you visit Grace Mary House Funeral Home straight away you free the calmness, warmth from the home and its surroundings. Then today was the day we said goodbye to mom and Daniel again did mom proud the love & care & respect he shows is outstanding. He certainly helped to give mom the send off she deserved so Yes one thousand million % I would recommend them. Trust me you won’t be disappointed. No bereavement or funeral is nice but Daniel Ross Funeral certainly makes it more comfortable & easier to cope with. Thank you so very much Daniel & Sarah & your team xx

Used Downings recently for my husband's funeral. Excellent service from them, helpful, friendly staff. Everything that needed to be done was covered by them, and the day itself couldn't have gone better.Totally professional and very understanding of peoples needs. Dave Woodall took the service, again, excellent. All of this without breaking the bank. Absolutely couldn't have had better.

George John did my mother's funeral. Very professional but friendly service. They were able to accommodate a couple of slight complications. Highly recommended.
