We were absolutely delighted when he quickly identified a home that met our exact (and unusual) specifications and because he was so easy to deal with, we asked him to handle the sale of our property too. His strategy to sell our house was spot on, the photographer that he used was excellent and the marketing sublime; he secured two offers for us with the first two viewings, one of which we accepted on his advice. While the process was complicated by our unique circumstances, Rupert's expertise and experience made it all possible, including an introduction to a Independent Financial Advisor who secured a mortgage for us when other brokers had failed in the past.Rupert is entirely honest and trustworthy, completely reliable and utterly loyal. He worked tirelessly on our behalf to maintain effective communications up and down the chain and as a result, gave everyone a high level of confidence that things were going to work out okay. He was also extremely good at talking to our solicitors to keep things moving along and prompting us to act when necessary. Having moved home over fifteen times, this was the most complicates set of circumstances we have ever faced, however Rupert made it all appear easy and certainly reduced our stress levels during the process.
