I am a painter and printmaker specialising in oil painting and lithographic and intaglio printmaking. I paint and make prints to commission, taking work which ranges from conventional portraits to something more unusual such as making an image to celebrate a wedding or painting a spirit animal. I am available for a variety of projects. Experienced within the fashion industry I also offer textile and surface designs as well as fabric sourcing for brands.

I have been drawing all my life, and have taught drawing in various contexts - to undergraduate students, to school children, and more informally to adults, both one-on-one and in groups. I most enjoy working one on one with students, taking the time to really get to know them, and watching in detail as they improve. I believe that drawing skill can be taught and that most people with a bit of work can improve, but the most important thing is to develop the love of drawing and a sensitivity to beauty.
