Both of our dogs love Joanna - as soon as she's in the house, they forget we're there and they won't leave her alone!
On her first visit, we filled in information forms for both dogs, so she could know their likes/dislikes, and any relevant medical issues. The boys had never been left with a sitter before, so for the first visit she messaged a few times, letting us know how they were; which meant we could relax.
She's always on time, and always happy to see the boys. I don't think we could have found anybody better to look after them.
