Arrived very punctual and professional. Elle took Bayley out for a walk around Westport lake. Elle has advised that she intends to give him more lead training and command training for us which we are very welcome of as he’s a 10month old excitable puppy who is very well house trained but a little inexperienced on the lead. We would recommend this service to everyone that requires it as she is insured and first aid trained so we felt very relaxed when Bayley was taken out by her and he came back worn out and happy. We have been delighted with Hannah and Dave. More importantly, our Cockapoo Bean, loves it there.
Bean is a nervous though sometimes excitable dog. Hannah was very clear that it had to be right for Bean, not just us, for him to stay with them. We had two daytime “play dates” then a couple of sleepovers, before we left him for our holidays.
Hannah and Dave are lovely people, they clearly adore dogs and understand how to interact with them.
Communication is great. We get photos and videos regularly so we know Bean is happy.
We really couldn’t be happier and would recommend without hesitation.
