When I first booked Dog Tails I was almost at my wits end as a first time dog mom, I didn't have a clue what I was doing and Maxine was amazing. She reassured us in every way possible from the very beginning, that things were how they're supposed to be. Training was 100% amazing. Answering any questions, queries or worries we had. Maxine was great at teaching us, making sure we were comfortable with everything that we had learnt, so we could continue this between lessons. My pup learnt immediately, new things at every training session. Maxine was loving, calm, friendly and incredible at training. Being given recommendations for products that we now couldn't live without as well as an email breakdown of our lessons with what we can practice, in messaging and video format was just the extra mile we never expected but most definitely needed. We would highly recommend to anybody. All the team at MydogsTrainer and Broadmarsh Kennels were great! Holly the trainer really made a difference with my dog, he stayed for a couple of weeks and I have seen a difference in him already. He is better at lead walking and seems a little calmer, he is still a little reactive at times but I have had plenty of advice from Holly since he's been home, and of course training is always going to be ongoing. Holly sent lots of photos and videos throughout his stay and also sent a detailed report all about him and the things I can continue at home. Thank you to Holly! The team at Broadmarsh also took care of his paw as he had hurt it before he was due to go there, a big relief! He will definitely be back! Thanks again

Would highly recommend all paws dog services. Jo helped me with a dog I have that can be nervous around other dogs and people. Jo is very calm and didn’t push anything too quickly she went at my dogs pace. She came up with a plan for us to follow which was easy to understand. She was always available to ask anything and regularly messaged to see how we are doing and still does now. Would definitely use again if I needed to 🐾🐾
