He explained the process, demonstrated and backed it up with the psychology to explain why.
Within twenty minutes there was already an improvement, and after an hour the difference in Dottie’s engagement was amazing. Ian sent me a follow up email, with a list of things instructions to do to reinforce the training, and encouraged me to do mini 5 min sessions daily.
He contacted me several times to check in, and offer extra guidance if needed.
A few weeks later we had another session, this time including my other dog, which was so useful.

I have been operating as a mobile dog trainer for 5 years, helping people to train their dogs. I offer 1-2-1 sessions either online or face to face, depending upon location; as well as offering puppy classes for socialisation and training. The service is tailored to suit owners and Covid compliant! We do not work with any dog to human aggression; including guarding behaviours.

All of our sessions are either remotely done or are outside in the fresh air. When working outside, social distances are maintained and I aim to be contact-free by using my own treats and toys where necessary!
